What we collect
The role you select, your name, email, city and country, timezone, education or current activity, start-date preference, weekly availability, motivation, optional portfolio link, and CV. We record the submission time, application reference, and your acknowledgment of this notice.
Why we use it
To receive and review your application, assess relevance to the role through human review, arrange recruitment conversations, communicate with you, and maintain a record of the process. We do not use applications for advertising, public profiles, or AI model training. No automated hiring decision is made by this portal.
Where it is stored
Our VPS receives the submission and holds a private temporary copy while transferring it to a restricted Google Drive recruitment folder managed by Data Sorcerers. Authorized recruitment personnel review that folder. Google and our hosting providers process data for storage and delivery; processing may occur outside Indonesia. Application content is not placed in public website files.
Access and retention
Access is limited to the storage owner and authorized recruitment personnel. We retain applications for the recruitment process and review their continued need within 180 days of submission. If hired, information needed for onboarding may move to a separate employment record. For deletion, withdrawal, access, or correction, email the recruitment contact with your application reference; we may ask for information to verify the request.
Your choices
Required fields are needed to review your application. The portfolio link is optional. You can withdraw an application or request a correction by email. Do not submit government ID documents, bank details, sensitive health information, or confidential work. Contact us for an alternative application format or accessibility adjustment.
Security and service operation
The portal uses HTTPS, validates submissions, limits file size, and restricts access to stored applications. Rate limiting and technical logs help protect the service. No website can promise absolute security. The form does not require a personal Google sign-in; it uses our organization’s existing private storage integration.
